The present Legal Notice regulates the use of the webpage elmurtal.es, which El Murtal offers the users on the Internet.

The access and/or use of this website attributes to the condition of the user, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the present conditions of use. 

Access to the webpage

The access of the USERS to the webpage does not implicate any obligation or guarantee by part of the COMPANY.

The Company reserves all rights to suspend and cancel the access, and modify, limit or cancel all or any of the terms and conditions applied to the website,  acomplishing the advance notice through the introduction of a pop Windows, which will be opened automatically to access the page. The quality and speed in which one accesses the webpage will not be of the responsibility of the COMPANY, not being able to demand themself by the user any compensation for the danage and predjudices.

The service lent offered by the COMPANY throughout their webpage is for the time being, undefined, meaning they are able to stop the offer of the service without any justified cause or reason or without any warning beforehand.

Users of the Webpage

The users that access the COMPANY webpage will do so accordingly with the law, in a moral way, with decency and public order, and they are obliged to not access the webpage and the content in a contrary way to that which is established and / or with illicit purposes or causing damage to the rights and interests of third parties at all times, nor can they damage, deteriorate, saturate or slow down the webpage, in predjudice with the COMPANY or third party users. Users must not copy, distribute, broadcast, transform, modify or manipulate the content. 

The COMPANY disposes of forms and email address on their webpage with the aim to get the users in contact, the users promise to use said services with respect to the law, the uses, practices and public order. 

The users, in the use of the products and services where information or content is shown, will not try to go against the fundamental rights and public liberties, nor will they begin or promote strikes or offending acts, such as xenofhobic, terrorist, o degrading acts due to sex, race, religion, beliefs, nor will they  spread content or services which are pornographic, nor will they show an apology of violence de la violence…

The access to the contents of the webpage by part of the user, will be under their total responsibility and not impacting the COMPANY in any consequence derived directly or indirectly from the access to the webpage, whether it being in a physical, logical moral or personal surrounding. The COMPANY will make the users responsible for showing any bad use of the webpage, in the case that they cause harm to it or predjudice it to third parties. 

The COMPANY will be able to direct itself against the users in any cases of complaints, damages, fines or administrative that may fall upon them and therefore, be directly or indirectly responsible or use any service from the webpage without due dilligence.

All users that know any acts that are deteriorating or may deteriorate the good functioning of the webpage, modify or alter the contents of it, will communicate the situation to the COMPANY. 

In the assumptions of the publicity submission by the COMPANY or its USERS, will be shown with the word “publicity” to not cause any error.

Those who are under age must request and obtain the permission from their parents, tutor or legal representative before accessing the services and / or content that is incorporated into the webpage. It is completely prohibited to access and use the site if someone underage is not authorized. 

Jurisdiction

The present conditions are found inside the current Spanish legislation. For any type of controversy derived from the use of the services that are offered or the own content of the webpage, the parts, with the acceptance of the these Conditions, they will be summoned to the Tribunal Courts and Judged by the user.
